Our assessment center offers a collection of standardized test instruments to assist employers in the areas of:

• Employee selection
• Employee promotion
• Employee training
• Employee certification

Assessments are delivered via paper/pencil, simulated performance, and computerized testing.  These exams can be administered in our ACT lab, at the company site, or via the internet.

Human Resource Development

Human Resource Development (HRD) provides a wide range of human resource training services.  HRD training seminars are designed to provide knowledge, skills and training customized to your company's specific needs.  The HRD Coordinator will work with you to assess your needs and develop targeted training programs to improve employee efficiency, encourage professional development and change attitudes.  The primary focus of each of these training programs is to provide current training topics which will increase the skill level of employees and enhance the success of your organization.

Leadership training classes encourage employees to embrace new and future workplace challenges, build teams, promote innovation and communication.  Ethical leadership creates a workplace where people want to work and ensures the critical objectives of the organization are met.  HRD consultants conduct pre and post-employment functions to assist you in workforce management.

Our Job Ready database utilizes the WorkKeys assessments to match prospective employees with the needs of local employers.  We maintain a pool of candidates with current scores for employers to access as their hiring need occurs.  This method provides a more efficient hiring process and improves retention.  We can also orchestrate the process of application/resume collection, screening, interview scheduling, etc.

Diversified Industrial Training and Consulting

Health Technologies Coordination

PRCTC offers a wide range of classes in the latest computer technologies. Business and industry benefits from this training by:

• providing its employees with short-term training – getting them up to speed quickly. Classes are available in beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
• customizing classes to meet your company's needs.  This training can include only company-identified topics and can be conducted on the days/hours that our convenient for your staff.  Training can be conducted at any appropriate site as laptop computers are available.
• providing one-on-one consulting for employees to increase effectiveness of working with specific features of a software program. 
• scheduling employees to attend our regularly scheduled, short-term classes at main campus.
