  • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild all types of engines using specialized equipment and technology.
  • Repair transmissions, hydraulic components, and electrical systems on actual machines.
  • Develop skills in metalworking practices such as welding, precision measuring, and fabrication of industry-related projects.
College opportunities: Pickaway-Ross enjoys an articulation agreement with Columbus State Community College.
 
Career paths: tractor-trailer technician, diesel engine technician, service writer, parts salesperson, mobile service technician, diagnostic specialist
