Early Childhood Education

In this program you will:

Acquire skills and experience with young children in a state-licensed preschool.
Develop and implement standards-based lessons.
Create portfolios documenting development of individual children.

Industry Credentials: First aid/CPR; Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention; OSHA 10; Communicable Disease Recognition; RISE Up; ServSafe

College Credits: Students can earn up to 9 college credits upon successful completion of program courses.

Career Pathways: teacher, aide, assistant or owner of preschool or day-care facility; elementary teacher
