In this program you will:
- Design, stage and install commercial wiring in metal stud walls and suspended ceiling systems.
- Interpret blueprints and layout design to stage and install low-voltage building projects, such as teledata, security and fire alarms.
- Install alternative energy projects, such as wind and solar power.
- Pursue apprenticeship opportunities with an electrical contractor, allowing students to be employed while in school.
Certifications: NCCER Core; NCCER Level 1 Electrical; OSHA 10
College credits: Students can earn up to 21.5 college credits upon successful completion of program courses.
