Introducing PaySchools
PaySchools Central makes school payments quick and simple.
Now, you can pay for your children's school lunches and school dues in one central location.
Student Dues
All students enrolled at Pickaway-Ross Career and Technology Center become members of a Career-Technical Service Organization (CTSO). Students are required to pay the dues to the CTSO for their program.
Dues are $50.00 each school year.
Uniforms are purchased by the school.
Tools will be furnished for all students to use at no cost to the student.
Students may pay fees by providing cash or a check payable to Pickaway-Ross JVSD to the office cashier or by making a credit/debit card payment at
Free and Reduced Lunch Application
Students can apply online to receive free or reduced-price school meals. LunchApplication.com has been designed to guide you through the process. Once your application has been received, the district office will determine your eligibility and send you a letter or email with the results.
Lunch Fees and Payments
Free breakfast is offered daily.
The cost for a standard lunch is $3.25. Additional items may be purchased a la carte.
On 4/17/23, Pickaway-Ross CTC will begin using PaySchools to process student fees and lunch balances for students and staff.
Please Note: Previous balances will be transferred over on Friday, April 14, 2023, from K12 Payment Center to your student's account in PaySchools.
