PaySchools Central makes school payments quick and simple.
Now, you can pay for your Student's CTSO dues and other fees in one central location.
Student Dues Information
All students at Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center (PRCTC) are members of a Career-Technical Student Organization (CTSO). As part of this membership, students are required to pay CTSO dues.
CTSO Fee Structure
Seniors (Class of 2026):
$50 fee uploaded to PaySchools for the 2025–26 school year.Juniors (Class of 2027 and beyond):
One-time $100 fee uploaded to PaySchools at the start of their PRCTC career.
Covered by PRCTC
Uniforms: Provided by the school
Tools: Supplied for student use at no cost
How to Pay
Students may pay their dues in one of the following ways:
Cash or Check
Payable to Pickaway-Ross JVSD and submitted to the office cashier (Treasurers' Office or High School Front Desk Receptionist).Online with Credit/Debit Card
Visit PaySchools Central to make a secure payment.
Setting Up PaySchools (New Students)
To set up your PaySchools account, you will need:
Your PRCTC student email address
(e.g., firstname.lastname@prctcstudents.org)Your Student ID#
(found in your schedule or in ProgressBook)
Important: You must create a new PaySchools account using your PRCTC student email or a different email address that is not already linked to your home school’s PaySchools account.
Free Breakfast & Lunch for 2025-26
We are thrilled to share that Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center will now be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) through the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program again for the 2025-26 school year. This means that fill students enrolled at Pickaway-Ross CTC Main Campus will have access to nutritious breakfast and lunch at no cost. No action is necessary on your part, and your student will be able to participate without having to fill out any applications.
This initiative ensures that every student has the opportunity to enjoy healthy meals, which support their academic success and overall well-being, contributing to a positive learning environment.
