We hosted a successful Fall Car Show & Community Day on August 23, which included ribbon cuttings for the campus expansion and the new school-based health clinic, funded through a grant and partnerships with Adena Health and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The Car Show featured 164 vehicles, a record turnout, and served as a fundraiser for the SkillsUSA chapter, directly supporting students competing at state and national levels.
Superintendent Jonathan Davis highlighted the strong communiy support and student engagement, noting the thousands of community service hours students contribute annually. Director of Secondary Education Jason Vesey emphasized that opening the campus to stakeholders demonstrates Pickaway-Ross’s ongoing commitment to workforce development as the school enters its Next50 phase.
The day’s activities—including tours, hands-on demonstrations, food, and family-friendly attractions—strengthened community connections and highlighted the school’s impact on student success and local workforce development.
