A group of students stand in front of a brick building a long row holding certificates.

We're excited to introduce IGNITE, a new student recognition program at Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center that celebrates the students who make our community stronger every day.

At the heart of IGNITE is the RISE Award—Respect, Inspire, Support, Excel. Every half nine weeks, we'll recognize students who demonstrate initiative, respect, responsibility, and a drive to achieve excellence. These are the students who set the standard for a positive, future-focused culture through their leadership, effort, and character.

This recognition celebrates students who don't just succeed in the classroom. They lift others, show respect in every interaction, and approach their education with determination and purpose. They are the students who arrive ready to learn, support their classmates, and demonstrate the kind of character that employers value and communities need.

Our first RISE Award winners have set an incredible standard. Their dedication to excellence aligns with our mission to transform lives and strengthen communities through exceptional, career-focused education. As we look toward the #Next50, these students are leading the way, showing us what's possible when respect, initiative, and hard work come together.

We're proud of our RISE Award recipients, and we look forward to celebrating more exceptional students every half nine weeks. Together, we're building a culture of excellence that will carry our students and our community into a bright future.

Congratulations to our first RISE Award winners. (In no particular order)*
