Four students recently had the opportunity to represent their programs at the Ohio ACTE CTE Showcase, held at the Ohio Statehouse during the annual Legislative Seminar.

Pickaway-Ross was represented by seniors Adrian Moehl and Gideon Tennant from the RAMTEC program, along with Natalie Haines and Vivian Morgan, both seniors in Health Science, enrolled in the Adult Education Practical Nursing pathway.

During the event, students spoke confidently about the hands-on skills they've developed, the opportunities their programs have provided, and how career-technical education is preparing them for successful futures beyond high school. Their participation gave state leaders a firsthand perspective on the real-world impact of workforce preparation programs.

Pickaway-Ross staff expressed gratitude to Ohio ACTE for organizing the showcase and creating a meaningful platform that amplifies student voices.

The professionalism and poise demonstrated by these students exemplified what it means to be future-ready.
